摘 要:Tram-Train有轨电车是一种混合运营的交通车辆,在欧洲广泛应用、保有量大,列车使用的全自动折叠车钩车端折叠锁定系统存在操作力大、车钩低头适应性差等痛点,影响列车的日常运营。本文研发了新型车端折叠锁定系统,对结构及功能进行了介绍。依据欧标及项目输入,基于有限元仿真软件HyperWorks,对振动、制动工况进行了强度仿真,仿真结果满足要求。对首列全自动折叠车钩进行了功能试验,折叠、锁定、解锁功能正常,操作力适中,对车钩低头具有良好的适应性,可批量应用于Bombardier Flexity系列列车,同时对行业内其他系列车型的设计具有借鉴意义。The Tram-Train is a type of transport vehicle for mixed operation that is widely used and largely held in Europe.The car-end folding-locking system of the automatic folding coupler used for the Tram-Train presents some disadvantages such as the need of a great operating force and the bad adaptability to the coupler head lowering that have affected the daily operation of the train.This article describes the R&D process of the new type of car-end folding-locking system and its structure and functions.According to the European standard and the project requirements and based on the finite element simulation software HyperWorks,the strength simulation in vibration and braking conditions was conducted and the simulation result complied with the requirements.The automatic folding coupler for the first train has received the functional test and presented normal folding,locking and unlocking functions,a moderate operating force and a good adaptability to the coupler head lowering.Therefore,it can be used for the Flexity Tram-Trains of Bombardier in large quantities and has a reference value for the design of other series of vehicles in the railway industry.
