摘　　要：张仲景在《伤寒论》及《金匮要略》中所载方剂的方后注中对于煎服法、药后调护以及服药禁忌均有详细论述,该内容对于药物疗效的发挥有着至关重要的作用,是我们学习、研究经方不可忽视的一部分。但经方的方后注内容往往是最容易被忽略的部分。本文通过统计经方方后注,分析经方的煎煮用水、煎药的先后顺序及特殊方式,探讨经方煎煮方法的重要性;从药量、服药频次、服药方式及预后方面讨论经方服药方法在临床中的重要意义;又从药后调护及服药禁忌等方面论述经方方后注对其疗效发挥的重要影响,以期为临床更好地应用经方提供参考。In the postannotation of the prescriptions contained in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber,Zhang Zhongjing discusses in detail the decoction method,post-medication care,and contraindications to taking the medicine.This content has a vital role in the efficacy of drugs and is a part of our study and research of Jingfang that cannot be ignored.However,the prescription notes are often the most neglected part of the formula,this paper discusses the importance of the decoction method of sutra prescriptions by analyzing the decoction water,the order of decoction and the special way of decoction by counting the prescription notes;discusses the clinical importance of the sutra method in terms of dosage,frequency of administration,mode of administration and prognosis;also discusses the importance of the post-medical care and contraindication of sutra prescriptions on their efficacy,in order to provide a reference for better clinical application of Classicoal prescriptions.
