摘 要:文章运用文献资料法、专家咨询法、教育观察法等研究方法,对高职体育教师语境中审视课程思政育人能力提升的价值维度进行分析,认为高职体育教师长期囿于传统教学观的影响,形成权威性的强制灌输、经验论的因循守旧、竞技化的体系范式、操式化的教学方式,而产生的思维与行为定式,是体育教师育人能力提升所面临的关键问题,并提出相关提升路径。he article uses research methods such as literature review,expert consultation,and educational observation to analyze the value dimensions of examining the improvement of curriculum ideological and political education abilities in the context of vocational physical education teachers.It is believed that vocational physical education teachers have been influenced by traditional teaching concepts for a long time,forming authoritative mandatory indoctrination,experiential adherence to the old ways,competitive system paradigms,and operational teaching methods,resulting in thinking and behavior patterns,It is a key issue faced by physical education teachers in improving their educational abilities,and relevant improvement paths are proposed.
