摘　　要：有组织科研是以现实需求为导向,通过一定的结构设计和制度安排,汇集不同领域的科研人员,集中优势资源,对关键核心技术进行协同攻关的科技创新运行模式。聚焦国家战略需求、系统谋划布局、杰出领军人物、稳定的科研团队和合理的资源配置,是高校有组织科研的典型特性。高校开展有组织科研有多种组织形式、运行载体和资源渠道,受学科特点和发展定位影响,不同高校有组织科研实践的广度和深度存在较大差异,需在顶层设计、科研机构、团队建设、考评机制和促进学科交叉、产教融合等方面大胆改革创新,推进高校有组织科研进一步落实。“Organized scientific research”is an operation mode of collaborative research on key core technologies,which gathering scientific researchers from different fields,concentrating advantageous resources through certain structural design and institutional arrangements.The typical characteristics of“organized scientific research”include clear research objectives focusing on national strategic needs,systematic layout,outstanding leaders,stable research teams,and reasonable resource allocation.Currently,there are various forms,operational carriers,and resource acquisition methods for organized scientific research in universities.Affected by the features of disciplines and development stages,there are significant differences in the breadth and depth of organized scientific research practices in different universities.It is necessary to boldly reform and innovate in top-level design,scientific research institutions,team building,evaluation mechanisms,and promoting interdisciplinary and industry-education integration,to promote the further implementation of organized scientific research in universities.
