摘　　要：目的探讨硫酸镁对经内镜逆行性胰胆管造影术(endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography,ERCP)术后发生急性胰腺炎的预防作用。方法选取2021年3月至2022年3月80例于我院拟行ERCP的患者为研究对象,随机分为观察组(n=40)和对照组(n=40),观察组患者于ERCP术前30 min口服50%硫酸镁100 ml,对照组患者ERCP术前不做干预,于术前2 h及术后4 h、24 h检测并比较两组血清AMS、CRP和IL-6水平,观察两组术后高淀粉酶血症和急性胰腺炎及其不良反应发生情况。结果两组患者术后4 h和24 h的血清AMS、CRP及IL-6水平均较术前2 h升高,但观察组较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组术后24 h急性胰腺炎和高淀粉酶血症发生率均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论口服硫酸镁在一定程度上可降低ERCP术后血清AMS、CRP、IL-6水平,抑制炎症反应,能有效预防ERCP术后急性胰腺炎的发生,安全性良好。Objective To explore the preventive effect of magnesium sulfate on acute pancreatitis after endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP).Methods From Mar.2021 to Mar.2022,80 patients who planned to undergo ERCP in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40).Patients in the observation group took 100 ml of 50%magnesium sulfate orally 30 minutes before ERCP,while patients in the control group did not intervene before ERCP.The AMS,CRP and IL-6 in the blood of the two groups were detected and compared at 2 hours before ERCP,4 hours and 24 hours after ERCP.Results The serum levels of AMS,CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were higher at 4 hours and 24 hours after operation than at 2 hours before operation,but lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of acute pancreatitis and hyperamylasemia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral magnesium sulfate can reduce the levels of serum AMS,CRP and IL-6 after ERCP to some extent,inhibit inflammatory reaction,and effectively prevent the occurrence of acute pancreatitis after ERCP,with good safety.
