摘　　要：消化系统肿瘤(包括胃癌、肝癌、结直肠癌、胰腺癌)的发病率及死亡率均呈逐年上升趋势,癌症的控制仍是临床工作主要的目标。近年来越来越多的研究证据表明,磷酸赖氨酸磷酸组氨酸无机焦磷酸磷酸酶(phospholysine phosphohistidine inorganic pyrophosphate phosphatase,LHPP)在抑制肿瘤细胞进展中起着重要作用,通过抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移及侵袭,诱导细胞凋亡等调控肿瘤的发生发展。已有1例研究使用iDPP质粒输送LHPP质粒治疗肿瘤且取得成功。在本综述中,重点介绍LHPP在消化系统肿瘤中的生物学功能及重要的机制,为人类癌症的治疗提供理论依据,LHPP可能会成为癌症治疗的新靶点。The incidence and mortality rate of gastrointestinal tumors(including gastric cancer,liver cancer,colorectal cancer and pancreatic cancer)are increasing year by year,controlled the cancers remains the main goal of clinical work.In recent years,there has been growing evidence that phospholysine phosphohistidine inorganic pyrophosphate phosphatase(LHPP)plays an important role in inhibiting tumor cell progression,by inhibiting the proliferation,migration,invasion of tumor cells and induction of cells.One case has been successful in the treatment of tumors using the iDPP plasmid to deliver LHPP plasmids.In this review,the biological function and important mechanism of LHPP in digestive system tumors were introduced,which provided a theoretical basis for the treatment of human cancer,and LHPP may become a new target for cancer treatment.
