内镜下应用钬激光治疗Bouveret综合征1例报道

摘　　要：Bouveret综合征是由于胆囊结石或胆道结石通过胆肠瘘进入胃肠道,持续嵌顿于近端十二指肠或幽门部而引起胃流出道梗阻,其传统治疗方法为外科手术。钬激光临床上广泛应用于分解各种类型的泌尿系统结石,我院成功应用钬激光给予1例老年女性Bouveret综合征患者碎石并解除梗阻,现报道如下。Bouveret syndrome is caused by gallbladder stones or bile duct stones entering the gastrointestinal tract through biliary-enteric fistula and continuously incarceration in the proximal duodenum or pylorus,which causes gastric outflow obstruction.The traditional treatment for Bouveret syndrome is surgery.Holmium laser is widely used in the treatment of various types of urinary calculi.The successful application of holmium laser in lithotripsy and obstruction relief in an elderly female patient in our hospital is reported as follows.
