摘  要:植物促生菌对植物的生长发育和品质形成具有一定的影响。本文以甘薯品种朝日8号为试验材料,研究不同复合菌剂对甘薯产量和品质的影响。结果表明:不同复合菌剂对甘薯产量均有一定影响,其中以组合1[含苏云金芽孢杆菌(Bt1)、肠杆菌属(Es)、戊糖片球菌(Pp1)]对甘薯的增产效果最好,与对照相比,增产率达到17.03%;复合菌剂处理后,薯块大部分营养品质指标得到了提升,DPPH自由基清除率变幅为64%~95%,说明复合菌剂对甘薯品质也产生了一定影响。Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria have a certain impact on the growth,development,and quality formation of plants.This paper used Ipomoea batatas L.variety Zhaori 8 as the experimental material to study the effects of different microbial agents on the yield and quality of Ipomoea batatas L.The results showed that different microbial agents had a certain impact on the yield of Ipomoea batatas L.,among which,combination 1(containing Bacillus thuringiensis,Enterobacter soli,Pediococcus pentosus)had the best yield increase effect on Ipomoea batatas L.,with a yield increase rate of 17.03%compared with the control.After the treatment with microbial agents,most of the nutritional quality indicators of sweet potato blocks were improved,and the DPPH free radical clearance rate varied from 64%to 95%,which indicated that microbial agents had a certain impact on the quality of Ipomoea batatas L.
