共同富裕背景下农文旅养融合发展探究--以杭州市为例

摘　　要：本文从个体农户主导、新型农业主体主导、农村集体经济组织主导、市场化运营主体主导4个方面阐述了杭州市农文旅养有机融合的发展阶段,分析了杭州市农文旅养有机融合机理,并提出了杭州市农文旅养有机融合发展建议,具体包括发展壮大农村集体资产、促进乡村产业有序发展、促进城乡养老一体化发展等方面内容,以期为提升美丽乡村建设效果提供参考。This paper elaborated on the development stage of organic integration of agriculture,culture,tourism and retirement in Hangzhou from four aspects:individual farmers leading,new agricultural entities leading,rural collec-tive economic organizations leading and marketization operation entities leading.It analyzed the mechanism of organic integration of agriculture,culture,tourism and retirement in Hangzhou,and proposed suggestions for the development of organic integration of agriculture,culture,tourism and and retirement in Hangzhou,including developing and streng-thening rural collective assets,promoting the orderly development of rural industries,and promoting the integrated development of urban and rural elderly care,so as to provide references for improving the effectiveness of beautiful rural construction.
