优秀男子空手道运动员前腿勾踢腿技术动作的运动学分析及表面肌电特征研究  

Kinematic Analysis of Technical Movements of Front Leg Hooking and Kicking of Elite Male Karate Athletes and its Surface Electromyographic Characteristics

摘  要:运用三维红外高速摄像系统和表面肌电(sEMG)同步测试方法,以8名上海体院优秀男子空手道运动员为研究对象,采集勾踢腿技术相关技术参数对其动作进行量化分析与评价,为空手道勾踢腿动作科学化训练提供理论依据和训练参数。研究结果表明:(1)优秀男子空手道运动员在时间特征上勾踢阶段用时最短,其次在上步阶段和侧身翻胯阶段回收落地阶段用时最长;(2)完成前腿勾踢腿技术动作时髋关节和踝关节的角度变化、下肢不同肌肉群特征明显。建议:加强空间感培养,加快关节链力量传递,增强腓肠肌、胫骨前肌、阔筋膜张肌、股直肌、股二头肌的爆发力训练。By using the 3D infrared high-speed camera system and sEMG synchronous test method,8 outstanding male karate athletes from Shanghai University of Sport were selected as the research objects to quantitatively analyze and evaluate their movements by collecting technical parameters related to hooking and kicking techniques,so as to provide theoretical basis and training parameters for scientific training of karate hooking and kicking movements.The results show that the best male karate athletes have the shortest time in the hook and kick stage,followed by the step up stage and the side hip turn stage,and the recovery landing stage takes the longest time.The Angle changes of hip joint and ankle joint and the different muscle groups of lower limb were obvious when the front leg hooking and kicking technique was completed.It is recommended to strengthen the training of spatial sense,joint chain strength transmission,gastrocnemius,tibialis anterior muscle,tensor fascia lata,rectus femoris,biceps femoris explosive strength training.
