摘  要:某超高层建筑34层,结构总高度103.45m,为B级高度超限高层,采用部分框支剪力墙结构体系。介绍了该工程抗震性能化设计的原则及方法、整体弹性计算结果、罕遇地震作用下的动力弹塑性分析结果、框支框架的有限元分析参数及结果。通过计算分析,对转换构件等关键构件的分析设计做了详细阐述,验证了结构设计的合理性和安全性。A B-level height super high-rise building with 34 floors and the total height of 103.45m adopts the partial frame-support shear wall system.The principles and methods of performance-based seismic design,the overall elasticity calculation results,the dynamic elastic-plastic analysis results under rare earthquake,and the finite element analysis parameters and results of the frame supported frame were introduced.Through calculation and analysis,the analysis and design of key components such as conversion components were elaborated in detail,verifying the rationality and safety of the structural design.
