摘  要:实施创新驱动战略,深化教育教学改革,创新人才培养模式,对我国经济社会发展具有重要的战略意义。本文基于创新驱动战略,就工科院校数学综合能力培养的困境、影响因素以及策略进行了深入研究,分析了当前我国人才培养的发展现状和数学能力培养的困境,指出了就业因素、年龄增长和教学模式对数学能力培养的影响,提出了开展学科竞赛、实行课程思政、加强产教融合、推进教学改革等一系列改进策略,旨在通过改革,创新育人理念,拓宽人才培养渠道,不断提升本科教育水平。Implementing innovation driven strategy,deepening education and teaching reform,and innovating talent training mode have important strategic significance for China’s economic and social development.Based on the innovation driven strategy,this paper makes an in-depth study on the difficulties,influencing factors and strategies of mathematics comprehensive ability training in engineering colleges,analyzes the current development situation of talent training and the difficulties of mathematics ability training in China,points out the influence of employment factors,age growth and teaching mode on mathematics ability training,and proposes to carry out discipline competitions,implement curriculum ideological and political education,strengthen the integration of industry and education a series of improvement strategies,such as promoting teaching reform,are aimed at continuously improving the level of undergraduate education through reform,innovating education concepts,broadening talent training channels.
