摘  要:在我国高校转型发展背景下,经济与社会的全球化对高等工程院校人才培养提出了国际化的新要求。针对中外合作办学项目土木工程专业人才培养模式进行了研究与实践,提出应瞄准国际市场对人才的需求,以行业发展为引领完善人才培养方案;育人育德并重,制定人才培养目标;以“立足本土、中外融通”为原则,构建中外教学内容合理对接的课程体系;建设双师双能型教师队伍,并基于“学校—企业—学生”共赢的理念深化校企合作,协同育人;融合现代信息技术改进教学方法与手段,提升教学质量与效率。Under the background of the transformation and development of universities in China,and the globalization of economy and society,it puts forward new requirements for talents training of engineering universities in internationalization.This paper studies and practices the talent training mode of civil engineering major in Sino-foreign cooperative education programs,proposes that the aim is at the demand for talents in the international market to improve the talent training program with the development of the industry as the guide to formulate the goal of talent training by laying equal stress on moral education and professional training;to develop talent training goals;based on the principle of"focusing on local conditions and integrating with foreign countries",to construct a curriculum system with reasonable integration of Chinese and foreign teaching contents;to build a dual teacher and dual ability teaching team,to deepen school enterprise cooperation and collaborative education based on the concept of"school-enterprise-students"win-win situation;to conduct collaborative education;to integrate modern information technology;to improve teaching methods and means,and to improve teaching quality and efficiency.
