摘 要:组织实施高速铁路快运业务,是满足我国日益增长的高附加值、高时效性快运需求的有效方法。基于高速铁路快捷货运网络的“轴-辐”式特征,以及多品类货物集疏运需求的异质性和不确定性特点,研究高速铁路货运专列开行方案和配载方案的联合优化问题。提出异质货物协同运输策略,以总运营成本最小为优化目标,引入模糊集货需求下的机会约束和决策者风险偏好,构建高速铁路货运专列开行方案的混合非线性整数规划模型,设计基于并行改进变邻域搜索的启发式求解算法。以京沪高速铁路为例,对模型与算法进行验证和分析,结果表明:该优化方法能够有效提升高速铁路货运专列的装载率并降低运营成本,决策者风险偏好将直接影响优化方案。Conducting high-speed railway freight transportation business is a key way to meet the growing demand for express transportation in China.A joint optimization of line planning and freight loading plans for high-speed railway freight trains was realized based on the hub-and-spoke high-speed railway freight transportation network,as well as the heterogeneity and uncertainty of the demand for multi category cargo collection and distribution.To minimize the total operating cost,a mixed-integer nonlinear programing model of organization scheme for high-speed railway freight trains was established,based on the introduction of chance constraint,decision makers’preference under fuzzy freight demand and the proposed collaborative transportation strategy for heterogeneous products.A parallelized improved variable neighborhood search heuristic algorithm was designed to solve the problem.The proposed model and algorithm were verified and analyzed based on the case study of Beijing—Shanghai high-speed railway.The results show that the optimization method can effectively improve the loading rate of high-speed railway freight trains,as well as reduce the total operating cost.The risk preferences of decision-makers will directly affect the optimization scheme.
