胜任力培训应用于手术室器械护士专业素质培养中的价值评价

摘　　要：目的探讨并分析胜任力培训应用于手术室器械护士专业素质培养中的价值。方法2021年1月至12月选择中山市人民医院手术室工作的40名手术室器械护士进行胜任力培训,为期1年,比较培训前后手术室器械护士专业知识及操作技能考核成绩、岗位胜任力、手术医师满意度。结果培训后,手术室器械护士专业知识、操作技能考核成绩、岗位胜任力评分均高于培训前,且手术医师对手术室器械护士满意度显著高于培训前(均P<0.05)。结论将胜任力培训应用于手术室器械护士专业素质培养,能够有效提高其专业知识及操作技能考核成绩、岗位胜任力、手术医师满意度,以便其更好地适应手术要求并开展工作,具有较高的应用价值。Objective To explore the application of competency training in professional quality training of instrument nurses in operating room.Methods From January to December 2021,40 instrument nurses in the operating room of Zhongshan People's Hospital were selected for one year competency training.The professional knowledge and performance of operating room instrument nurses,the professional knowledge and operation skills assessment scores,their post competency and the satisfaction of surgeons were compared before and after the training.Results After the training,the scores of professional knowledge,operational skills assessment and post competency of operating room instrument nurses were higher,and the satisfaction of instrument nurses in operating room was significantly higher(all P<0.05).Conclusions The application of competency training to the professional quality training of operating room instrument nurses can effectively improve their professional knowledge and operational skills assessment results,post competency,and satisfaction of surgeons,so that they can better adapt to the requirements of surgery and carry out work,which has high application value.
