摘 要:作为高校的两大基本职能,学界对教学与科研关系的认识一直存在着争议和分歧。对高校教学与科研关系研究进展的考察梳理后发现,两者本质上是一种介乎于辩证关系与非线性关系之间的相关关系。两者关系受宏观层面的国家政策传导作用、中观层面的高校管理制度协调作用、微观层面的教师个人认识平衡作用等因素影响。为实现两者关系的协调,政府要完善分类拨款制度及多元评估机制,高校管理者要树立教学与科研高度融合的办学理念并改善相关管理体系,师生要共同树立正确的教学科研观并保持自身认知的协调与平衡。As the two basic functions of colleges and universities,there always have been disputes and differences in the understanding of the relationship between teaching and research.Through the review of the research progress of the relationship between teaching and research,it is found that the two are essentially a correlation between dialectical relationship and nonlinear relationship.The relationship between the two is affected by factors such as the conduction effect of national policy at the macro level,the coordination effect of university management system at the middle level,and the balance effect of teachers' personal cognition at the micro level.In order to achieve the coordination of the relationship between the two,the government should improve the classified allocation system and multiple evaluation mechanism,college administrators should establish a high integration of teaching and research and improve the relevant management system,and teachers and students should jointly establish a correct concept of teaching and research and maintain the coordination and balance of their cognition.
