摘　　要：当前在研究生培养上存在科学教育理念的偏差,具体表现为教育目标单一、倚重知识灌输、教学内容陈旧、评价体系滞后等问题。这些偏差严重影响我国高层次人才培养质量,亟待进行矫正。矫正偏差,提升研究生培养质量,可从四个方面着力:一是从单一性教育目标转向体系化;二是从灌输型教学方式转向自探亲证;三是从离散、滞后的课程设置转向集成创新;四是从知识考查评价体系转向过程追踪。At present,there are deviations in the concept of science education in postgraduate education,which is shown as the single goal of education,the emphasis on knowledge indoctrination,the obsolescence of teaching content,the lag in evaluation system,etc.These deviations seriously affect the quality of the cultivating the high-level talents in China and need to be corrected scientifically and rationally.To correct deviations and improve the quality of postgraduate education,we can focus on four aspects:firstly,turn from the single education goal to systematization;Secondly,turn from the indoctrination teaching method to self-exploration and self-verification;third,turn from discrete,lagging curriculum to integrated innovation;fourth,turn from knowledge examination and evaluation system to process tracking.
