摘 要:为了探索企业跨境数字并购的驱动路径,使用fsQCA和NCA方法研究制度、产业和组织层面的6个前因条件间组态效应对企业跨境数字并购的影响。结果发现,首先,不存在单一条件为企业进行跨境数字并购的必要条件。其次,存在5条路径可以推动企业进行跨境数字并购,可命名为非正式制度距离和行业相关性支持下的硬实力辅助驱动型、行业相关性羁绊和非正式制度距离支持下的软硬实力驱动型、正式制度距离和行业因素支持下的软实力驱动型、非正式制度距离和行业相关性支持下的硬实力主导驱动型、东道国行业数字环境羁绊和非正式制度距离支持下的软硬实力驱动型。最后,在特定条件下,高行业相关性和高软实力具有替代关系。In order to explore the driving path of enterprises cross-border digital M&A,this paper uses fsQCA and NCA methods to investigate the impact of configuration effects among 6 antecedent conditions in levels of institutional,industry and organization on enterprises cross-border digital M&A.The results are as follows.Firstly,there is no single necessary condition for enterprises to carry out cross-border digital M&A.Secondly,there are 5 paths that can lead to enterprises cross-border digital M&A,namely,hard power-assistedly driven path supported by informal institutional distance and industry correlation,soft and hard power-driven path fettered by industry correlation and supported by informal institutional distance,soft power-driven path supported by formal institutionaldistance and industry factors,hard power-dominantly driven path supported by informal institutional distance and industry correlation,soft and hard power-driven path fettered by host country industry digital environment and supported by informal institutional distance.Finally,under specific conditions,there is a substitution relationship between high industry correlation and high soft power.
