摘　　要：综述了氧化锌(ZnO)及其复合材料的制备及其在抗菌塑料上的研究成果。阐述了ZnO作为抗菌剂的抗菌机制,着重介绍了ZnO产生活性氧物种、释放锌离子、破坏细胞膜的抗菌机理;总结了ZnO与金属离子、金属氧化物、有机抗菌剂、碳材料或者天然黏土矿物等复合材料的最新研究进展;展示了ZnO及其复合材料在医用塑料、食品包装、管材制品、家用器材和汽车内饰等塑料上的应用案例;分析和展望了目前ZnO及其复合材料作为抗菌剂存在的主要问题和今后的研究方向。The preparation of zinc oxide(ZnO) and its composites and the research results on antibacterial plastics were reviewed.The antibacterial mechanism of ZnO as an antibacterial agent was described,and the antibacterial mechanism of ZnO producing reactive oxygen species,releasing zinc ions,and destroying cell membranes were introduced;the latest research progress of composite materials of ZnO with metal ions,metal oxides,organic antibacterial agents,carbon materials or natural clay mineral were reviewed;the application cases of ZnO and its composite materials in plastics such as medical plastics,food packaging,pipe products,household equipment and automotive interior were displayed;then the main problems and future research directions of ZnO and its composite materials as antibacterial agents were analyzed and concluded.
