摘 要:吊杆作为系杆拱桥中重要的传力构件,其索力的大小对桥梁整体结构的稳定性具有重要意义。论文分析了振动频率法在实际索力测试过程中的局限性,通过具体分析吊杆边界条件、减振器及垂度对索力测试精度的影响,分别提出了有效长度拟合公式、修正原公式和检验K值的方法来降低测量误差,并根据实测频率规律得出吊杆刚度的影响不可忽略。同时,对新提出的有效长度拟合公式和修正的原公式进行检验,通过分析长度>5 m的吊杆,偏差均在±3%以内,验证了新公式的正确性;在分析垂度的影响中,根据吊杆K值得出垂度对基频的影响较小,在满足工程误差范围内可以忽略不计,并建议在拟合公式时多采用4~6阶频率,进一步提高测量精度。The suspender is an important force transfer member in the tied arch bridge,and its cable force is of great significance to the stability of the whole bridge structure.This paper analyzes the limitations of the vibration frequency method in the actual cable force test process.By specifically analyzing the influence of the boundary conditions of the suspender,the shock absorber and the sag on the cable force test accuracy,the effective length fitting formula,the correction of the original formula and the inspection of the K value are proposed to reduce the measurement error,and the influence of the suspender stiffness cannot be ignored according to the measured frequency law.At the same time,the new effective length fitting formula and the modified original formula are tested.The correctness of the new formula is verified by analyzing the suspenders with a length greater than 5m,and the deviation is within ± 3%;in the analysis of the influence of sag,the influence of sag on the fundamental frequency is small according to the K value of the suspender,which can be ignored within the range of engineering error.It is suggested to use 4~6 order frequencies in the fitting formula to further improve the measurement accuracy.
