摘　　要：本文基于WSR方法论,通过“六步骤一要素”有效组织管理和步骤落实,探讨构建院前急救待援期公众参与生态圈,有效提升了院前急救待援期公众现场自救互救能力以及抢救成功率,为提升我国院前急救待援期公众参与的研究和实践提供参考。Based on WSR methodology,through effective organization,management and implementation of"six steps and one element",this paper discussed the construction of public participation ecosystem in pre-hospital first aid waiting period,which effectively improved the public's on-site self-rescue and mutual rescue ability and rescue success rate,and provided reference for improving the research and practice of public participation in pre-hospital first aid waiting period in China.
