摘　　要：目的了解我国农村地区县域医院心血管专科介入及影像诊疗能力,为相应医疗资源配置提供政策依据。方法对我国31个省区市的304家县级医院心血管介入诊疗能力、影像检查能力问卷结果进行统计分析。结果具有冠脉介入诊疗能力的医院占比66.78%,具有起搏电生理诊疗能力的医院占比39.80%,具有结构性心脏病诊疗能力的医院占比25.33%,开展心脏超声检查的医院占比78.62%,具有冠脉/心脏CT扫描能力的医院占比41.45%。结论县域医院已具备一定的心血管专科介入及影像诊疗能力,心血管学科中心的建设对县域医院心血管专科介入及影像诊疗能力的提升具有积极意义。Objective To understand the capabilities of cardiovascular intervention and imaging diagnosis and treatment in county hospitals in rural areas of China,and to provide policy basis for the allocation of corresponding medical resources.Methods The questionnaire results of cardiovascular interventional diagnosis and treatment ability and imaging examination ability of 304 county hospitals in 31 provinces,autonomous regions and municipalities in China were statistically analyzed.Results 66.78%hospitals had the ability of cardiovascular intervention.39.80%hospitals had the ability of pacing electrophysiological diagnosis and treatment.25.33%hospitals had the ability of structural heart disease diagnosis and treatment.78.62%hospitals had the ability of cardiac ultrasound examination,and 41.45%hospitals were able to do the coronary/cardiac CT scanning.Conclusion County hospitals have certain capabilities of cardiovascular intervention and imaging diagnosis and treatment,and the construction of cardiovascular subject center is of positive significance to improve the capabilities of cardiovascular intervention and imaging diagnosis and treatment in county hospitals.
