摘  要:目的运用矩阵图法和数据包络分析法对医院学科科技创新进行评价,并制定相应的学科发展策略。方法以某肿瘤专科医院34个临床学科为研究对象,利用已建立的医学学科科技创新评价指标体系,运用矩阵图法、数据包络分析法对其进行计算和分析。结果得到各学科科技创新评估结果,了解了各学科在投入与产出方面所处的水平,DEA是否有效,以及产出不足量、投入冗余量。结论通过评价指标体系对医院学科实证性研究,可以系统性评价学科科技创新发展过程中的优势和不足,并制定有针对性的学科发展策略。Objective To evaluate the scientific and technological innovation of hospital disciplines by using matrix diagram method and data envelopment analysis method,and to formulate corresponding discipline development strategies.Methods Taking 34 clinical disciplines in a cancer hospital as the research objects,the established evaluation index system of scientific and technological innovation of medical disciplines was used to calculate and analyze it by matrix diagram method and data envelopment analysis method.Results The evaluation results of scientific and technological innovation in various disciplines were obtained,and the level of input and output in various disciplines,whether DEA was effective,and the output shortage and input redundancy were understood.Conclusion Through the empirical study of hospital disciplines by evaluation index system,we can systematically evaluate the advantages and disadvantages in the process of scientific and technological innovation and develop targeted discipline development strategies.
