摘　　要：按照工作任务分析方法,系统梳理医疗卫生机构承担的各项儿童保健职责任务,调查妇幼保健机构、基层医疗卫生机构目前儿童保健人员配备、服务量、服务效率等情况,以及每项职责任务的开展和完成程度,分析当前儿童保健人员配备存在的问题,并提出思考建议,以期为政策制定提供参考。According to the task analysis method,systematically sort out the various child health responsibilities and tasks un⁃dertaken by medical and health institutions,investigate the current staffing,service volume,and service efficiency of child health per⁃sonnel in maternal and child health institutions and grassroots health institutions,as well as the degree of implementation and com⁃pletion of each responsibility and task.It analyzes the problems in the current staffing of child health personnel,and proposes think⁃ing suggestions to provide reference for policy formulation.
