摘　　要：阐述硅光电倍增器(SiPM)阵列信号的前端读出电路存在许多设计难点,包括噪声抑制、功耗高以及灵敏度低的问题。探讨各种不同的前端读出电路的工作原理,提出几种读出电路的设计思路,分析电路结构和性能参数。This paper expounds the design difficulties of the front-end readout circuit for silicon photomultiplier(SiPM)array signals,including noise suppression,high power consumption,and low sensitivity.Explore the working principles of various front-end readout circuits,propose several design ideas for readout circuits,and analyze the circuit structure and performance parameters.
