摘　　要：阐述制丝设备的性能特点和故障特点,从技术和管理层面提出应对措施,包括加强技术防范措施、保障设备安装施工质量、定期维护保养,从而防止生产装置失效、优化设备管理、提高产品质量。This paper describes the performance characteristics and fault characteristics of silk making equipment,and proposes countermeasures from the technical and management levels,including strengthening technical prevention measures,ensuring equipment installation and construction quality,regular maintenance,in order to prevent production device failure,optimize equipment management,and improve product quality.
