摘　　要：阐述协同办公平台上的软件系统核心办公功能,包括公告、OA审批流程、表单类应用、知识管理。案例应用中的操作流程化、规划化、透明化,数据保存完整、与开发者平台对接,提出优化方法。This paper expounds the core office functions of software systems on collaborative office platforms,including announcements,OA approval processes,form based applications,and knowledge management.The operation in the case application is streamlined,planned,and transparent,with complete data preservation and integration with the developer platform.It proposes optimization methods.
