摘 要:阐述基于输出功率等级及输出电压的调整,半桥LLC谐振变换器的参数设计要求。适当设计主电路谐振腔参数,能够在满足功率输出的前提下,使输出范围宽,并且全负载范围实现ZVS。LLC谐振变换器主功率开关管实现ZVS是其高功率密度、高效率的优势,也是谐振腔参数设计时需要满足的基本条件,由于忽视输出功率等级对谐振腔参数的设计限制,以及输出电压调整时,造成主功率变压器的设计裕量不足的隐患。提出一种半桥LLC谐振变换器谐振腔参数的设计方法,搭建了一台400V输入、800W/48V输出,且输出电压可上调10%、下调10%的实验样机,通过实验验证理论分析的正确性。This paper describes the parameter design requirements of a half bridge LLC resonant converter based on the adjustment of output power level and output voltage.Properly designing the resonant cavity parameters of the main circuit can achieve a wide output range and achieve ZVS over the full load range while meeting the power output requirements.The main power switch of LLC resonant converter realizes ZVS,which is its advantage of high power density and high efficiency,and is also a basic condition that needs to be met when designing resonant cavity parameters.Due to neglecting the design limitations of output power level on resonant cavity parameters and adjusting output voltage,there is a hidden danger of insufficient design margin for the main power transformer.A design method for the resonant cavity parameters of a half bridge LLC resonant converter is proposed.It builds an experimental prototype with a 400V input,800W/48V output,and an output voltage that can be increased or decreased by 10%.The correctness of the theoretical analysis is verified through experiments.
