摘　　要：阐述传感器的特点,机电一体化系统中的传感器类型,包括电阻式传感器、电感式传感器、电容式传感器、霍尔式传感器的应用,探讨机电一体化系统中的传感器选择方式,在基础性能和特性考量中,分析传感器的灵敏度、响应特征、稳定性。This paper describes the characteristics of sensors and the types of sensors in mechatronics systems,including the applications of resistive sensors,inductive sensors,capacitive sensors,and Hall sensors.It explores the selection methods of sensors in mechatronics systems,and analyzes the sensitivity,response characteristics,and stability of sensors based on basic performance and specificity considerations.
