摘　　要：阐述数字化人力资源管理系统的设计和优化,包括建立系统化招聘流程管理、提高招聘效率与减少人力成本、数据驱动的招聘决策,建立个性化培训计划、提供在线培训资源、监控培训效果与反馈。This paper expounds the design and optimization of a digital human resource management system,including establishing systematic recruitment process management,improving recruitment efficiency and reducing labor costs,data-driven recruitment decision-making,establishing personalized training plans,providing online training resources,monitoring training effectiveness and feedback.
