摘　　要：文章以C9高校作为主要调研对象,分析高校重大活动和突发事件档案管理的特点,总结此类档案的管理现状及存在问题。重点着眼此类档案的内涵、特点、专题化、多载体并存等实践中的关键问题进行剖析。并以档案全过程管理理论为指导,提出完善健全机制和制度、前端介入加强业务监督与管理、建立共建记忆的协同机制、注重多元化电子文件的收集、科学建设好专题档案数据库等五个方面的优化建议。Taking C9 colleges and universities,known as C9 League,as main research objects,characteristics of big events and emergencies of archive management are analyzed in this paper.The management status and existing problems of these archives in colleges and universities are also summarized.The investigation emphasis will be given to the connotation,characteristics,special topics,coexistence of multiple carriers and other key problems which are confused in the practice of big events and emergencies archives in colleges and universities.Under the guidance of the whole process management theory of archives,five optimized paths are proposed,which include perfecting the mechanism and system,involving the fore-end to strengthen business supervision and management,establishing a synergy mechanism for joint memory construction,paying attention to the collection of diversified electronic documents,and building a scientific database for thematic archives.
