基于文献计量学2000-2021年外周T细胞淋巴瘤基因治疗的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 旨在对基因治疗外周T细胞淋巴瘤的相关文献进行分析,寻找该领域的研究热点和趋势,为后续研究提供帮助。方法 本研究对Web of Science(WOS)核心数据集里检索2000年1月1日-2021年12月31日基因治疗外周T细胞淋巴瘤的相关文献并下载,使用Microsoft Excel对下载文献进行统计分析,用VOSviewer、CiteSpace对下载文献进行计量学分析并构建可视化图谱。结果 筛选选用614篇文献。年发文量分析得到2019年年发文量最高为46篇,从2010年开始年发文量明显上升。作者共现分析得到美国的Rooney CM教授发文最多为18篇。国家共现分析得到发文量前三的国家分别为美国295篇、日本84篇、中国69篇,中国和其它国家间合作仅10次。机构共现分析得到发文量前三分别是贝勒医学院32篇、美国国家癌症研究所31篇、德克萨斯儿童医院28篇。关键词共现分析得到现在的研究主要集中临床治疗方法、改善患者生存预后等方面。结论 中国、日本等亚洲国家和作者应该加强与美国等西方国家间的合作。不同研究机构间应注重学科交叉,注重创新,早日取得重大突破。使用造血干细胞移植、药物靶向治疗对外周T细胞淋巴瘤患者进行治疗是目前的研究重点,改善患者的生存预后情况并减少并发症仍是未来的研究方向,争取早日取得巨大突破。Objective To analyze the literature related to gene therapy for peripheral T-cell lymphoma,and find out the research hotspots and trends in this field,so as to provide help for the follow-up research.Methods In this study,literature related to gene therapy for peripheral T-cell lymphoma published in the core data set of Web of Science(WOS)from January 1,2000 to December 31,2021 was retrieved and downloaded.Microsoft Excel was used for statistical analysis of the downloaded literature.VOS viewer and Cite Space were used to analyze the downloaded documents and construct the visualization map.Results 614 papers were selected in the study.According to the analysis of the annual number of published papers,the highest number of published papers in 2019 was 46,and the annual number of published papers increased significantly since 2010.A total of 18 articles were published by Professors Rooney CM in the United States.According to the analysis of countries,the top three countries in terms of the number of publications are 295 papers from the United States,84 papers from Japan and 69 articles from China,and only 10 times of cooperation between China and other countries.The top three institutions were Baylor College of Medicine with 32 papers,National Cancer Institute with 31 papers,and Texas Children's Hospital with 28 papers.The current research mainly focuses on clinical treatment methods,and improving the survival prognosis of patients.Conclusions Asian countries such as China,Japan and the researchers should strengthen the cooperation with western countries such as the United States.Different research institutions should pay attention to interdisciplinary research,pay attention to innovation,and make major breakthroughs as soon as possible.The treatment of PTCL patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation and targeted drug therapy is the current research focus.Improving the survival prognosis of patients and reducing complications is still the future research direction,so as to strive for a huge breakthrough
