摘　　要：近年来对口腔鳞癌(OSCC)长链非编RNA(LncRNA)的研究不断深入,研究人员不仅明确了异常表达的LncRNA与OSCC的发生和发展密切相关,更进一步揭示了LncRNA通过调节相关信号路径对肿瘤细胞功能进行调控,并有可能发掘出新的肿瘤标志和治疗靶点。本综述将探讨LncRNA及其相关通路在近几年口腔鳞癌研究中所展现出的标志性作用。In recent years,with the continuous deepening of research on long-chain non coding RNA(LncRNA)in oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC),researchers have not only identified the close relationship between abnormally expressed LncRNA and the occurrence and development of OSCC,but also further revealed that LncRNA regulates tumor cell function by regulating relevant signaling pathways,and may discover new tumor markers and therapeutic targets.This review will discuss the symbolic role of LncRNAs and their related pathways in oral squamous cell carcinoma in recent years.
