摘　　要：目的 探讨胃癌患者异常糖链糖蛋白(Tumor Abnormal Protein, TAP)与CA125、CEA、CA199、CA724之间的相关性。方法 选择2019年7月-2020年11月本院诊治的胃癌患者94例为胃癌组,选取同期健康体检者90名为健康组,选取同期慢性胃炎、胃溃疡、胃息肉者54例为良性组。检测各组受检者的血清TAP、CA125、CEA、CA199、CA724水平,并比较组间差异;根据胃癌组患者临床分期进行分组,比较组间血清TAP、CA125、CEA、CA199、CA724水平;采取Spearman分析法观察胃癌患者临床分期与其血清TAP、CA125、CEA、CA199、CA724水平之间相关性;采取Pearson分析法观察胃癌患者TAP与CA125、CEA、CA199、CA724之间的相关性。结果 胃癌组患者血清中TAP、CA125、CEA、CA199、CA724水平均高于良性组及健康组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。胃癌组患者共94例,按临床分期分组后发现,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者,血清TAP、CA125、CEA、CA199、CA724水平依次升高,且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经Spearman分析,胃癌患者临床分期与其血清TAP、CA125、CEA、CA199、CA724水平之间存在正相关关系(P<0.05)。经Pearson分析,胃癌患者TAP表达与CA125、CEA、CA199、CA724均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 胃癌患者机体内TAP、CA125、CEA、CA199、CA724水平异常升高,与其临床分期之间存在正相关关系,且患者TAP水平与CA125、CEA、CA199、CA724水平均呈正相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between tumor abnormal protein(TAP)and CA125,CEA,CA199,CA724 in patients with gastric cancer.Methods A total of 94 gastric cancer patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2019 to November 2020 were selected as the gastric cancer group,90 healthy subjects who received health examination in the hospital during the same period were selected as the healthy group,and another 54 patients with chronic gastritis,gastric ulcer and gastric polyps during the same period were selected as the benign group.The serum levels of TAP,CA125,CEA,CA199,and CA724 of the subjects in each group were detected,and the differences among the groups were compared;the gastric cancer patients were divided into groups according to the clinical stage,and the serum levels of TAP,CA125,CEA,CA199,and CA724 were compared between the groups;Spearman analysis was used to observe the correlation between clinical stages of gastric cancer patients and serum TAP,CA125,CEA,CA199,CA724 levels;Pearson analysis was used to observe the correlation between TAP and CA125,CEA,CA199,CA724 in gastric cancer patients.Results The serum levels of TAP,CA125,CEA,CA199 and CA724 in gastric cancer group were higher than those in benign group and healthy group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were 94 patients in gastric cancer group.After grouping them according to clinical stage,it was found that the levels of serum TAP,CA125,CEA,CA199 and CA724 in patients of stageⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲand IV increased in turn,and the differences among the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).According to Spearman analysis,there was a positive correlation between the clinical stages of gastric cancer patients and their serum levels of TAP,CA125,CEA,CA199 and CA724(P<0.05).According to Pearson analysis,the expression of TAP in gastric cancer patients was positively correlated with CA125,CEA,CA199 and CA724(P<0.05).Conclusions The levels of TAP,CA125,CEA,CA199,and CA724 in gastric cancer patients are abn
