摘 要:目的 为了探讨BOPPPS联合案例教学法(case based learning, CBL)在肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训带教中的应用效果。方法 选择2020—2021年本院肿瘤科的62名规范化培训医师为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组两组,每组各31人。实验组医师采用BOPPPS联合CBL教学法,对照组医师采用传统带教模式进行教学。在本科规范化培训结束后,比较两组学员的教学成绩、教学效果评价,并进行满意度调查。结果 实验组的成绩、教学效果评价、学生对教学满意度均高于对照组。结论 BOPPPS联合CBL教学模式应用于肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训带教中可有效提高教学效果和满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS combined with case-based learning(CBL)teaching method in the standardized training of oncology residents.Methods Sixty-two doctors receiving standardized training in oncology department of our hospital from 2020 to 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 31 patients in each group.The experimental group was taught by BOPPPS combined with CBL,while the control group was taught by traditional teaching mode.At the end of the standardization training,the teaching result and teaching effect evaluation of the two groups were compared,and conducted a satisfaction survey.Results The scores,evaluation of teaching effect and students'satisfaction with teaching in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusions BOPPPS combined with CBL teaching mode can effectively improve the teaching effect and satisfaction of standardized training of residents in oncology department.
