摘　　要：药理学作为临床医学的专业核心课程,涉及内容较广,内容较为枯燥且难以理解,学生学习难度较大,很难达到学以致用的效果。因此,恰当的教学方法、合理的教学设计对于提高药理学课程的教学质量具有重要作用。本研究以“血管紧张素转化酶抑制药”的教学内容为例,对课前、课中、课后的教学进行了精心的设计。利用超星学习通平台,采用线上线下混合式教学,运用情景模拟、案例分析等教学方法,旨在培养学生的临床诊疗思维,提升学生的逻辑推理、总结归纳和综合分析问题的能力,取得较好的教学效果。为临床医学本科专业药理学课程中其他的教学内容或者其他学科的教学提供思路与借鉴。Pharmacology,as the core course of clinical medicine,involves a wide range of content,which is boring and difficult to understand,and it is difficult for students to learn and apply what they have learned.Therefore,proper teaching methods and reasonable teaching design play an important role in improving the teaching quality of pharmacology courses.Taking the course of“Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor”as an example,this study carefully designed the teaching before,during and after class.By using the Superstar learning platform,the combination of online and offline teaching and teaching methods such as scenario simulation and case analysis,the aim is to cultivate students'clinical thinking,improve students'logical reasoning,summary and comprehensive analysis of problems,and achieve better teaching results.It provides ideas and reference for other teaching contents in pharmacology course of clinical medicine undergraduate major or teaching of other subjects.
