摘  要:学习焦虑作为一种学生中常见的情绪反应,是影响学生学习积极性、学习效果的重要因素之一。本文通过分析高等中医药院校学生学习焦虑的产生原因,针对性的提出三条纾解途径:加大中医药文化影响力;加强中医药思维体系构建;更新教学与考评方式,以期在教学进程中通过灵活易行的方式纾解学生的学习焦虑。As a common emotional reaction among students,learning anxiety is one of the important factors that affect students'learning enthusiasm and learning effect.By analyzing the causes of students'learning anxiety in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper puts forward three ways to relieve it:Increase the penetration of traditional Chinese medicine culture;Strengthen the construction of traditional Chinese medicine thinking system;Update traditional teaching and evaluation methods;So as to relieve students'learning anxiety in a flexible and easy way in the teaching process.
