高频电刀宫颈环切术联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗宫颈癌前病变对HPV病毒清除及生活质量影响

摘　　要：目的:探究高频电刀宫颈环切术(LEEP)联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓对宫颈癌前病变(HSIL)患者围术期指标、HPV病毒载量和术后并发症影响。方法:选取本院2018年3月-2020年3月接诊的HSIL患者220例,分层随机化法分为两组各110例,两组均采用LEEP治疗,观察组联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓治疗。对比两组并发症发生情况,术后3个月检测两组HPV E6/E7,比较治疗前、术后3个月两组生活质量[生活质量测定表(WHOQOL-BREF)]变化。结果:术后3个月观察组HPV E6/E7阳性率(4.6%)低于对照组(16.4%),WHOQOL-BREF评分(93.58±6.77分)高于对照组(81.43±6.23分),并发症总发生率(2.7%)低于对照组(9.1%)(均P<0.05)。结论:LEEP联合重组人干扰素α-2b栓能有效清除HPV病毒,降低并发症发生。Objective:To explore the effects of high-frequency loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b suppository for treating patients with high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion(HSIL)on their perioperative related indicators,human papilloma viral(HPV)load,and postoperative complications.Methods:220 patients with HSIL were selected and were divided into two groups(110 cases in each group)by stratified random method from March 2018 to March 2020.The patients in the control group were treated with LEEP,and the patients in the observation group were treated with LEEP combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b suppository.The occurrences of complications of the patients were compared between the two groups.HPV E6/E7 of the women in the two groups was detected in the 3rd month after surgery.The quality of life evaluated by World Health Organization Quality of Life Instrument-Brief Version(WHOQOL-BREF)of the patients before treatment or in 3 months after surgery was compared between the two groups.Results:The positive rate of HPV E6/E7(4.6%)of the patients in the observation group in the 3rd months after surgery was significantly lower than that(16.4%)of the patients in the control group,the WHOQOL-BREF score(93.58±6.77 points)of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that(81.43±6.23 points)of the patients in the control group,and the total complication rate(2.7%)of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that(9.1%)of the patients in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion:LEEP combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b suppository for treating the patients with HSIL can effectively eliminate their HPV,and can reduce their complication.
