体育锻炼对大学生自闭特质的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨体育锻炼对大学生自闭特质的影响,基于锻炼心理学理论,采用简版自闭谱系商数量表和体育活动等级量表对750名大学生进行测量。结果发现大学生自闭特质总体处于中等水平,高自闭特质检出率为16.95%;大学生体育锻炼活动量整体偏低,女生显著低于男生;锻炼形式上,结伴锻炼的大学生自闭特质水平显著低于单独锻炼学生;锻炼类型上,小球隔网对抗类和同场竞技类的大学生自闭特质水平显著低于非竞争类学生;锻炼活动量与自闭特质总分、社交技能、注意力转换、细节注意、交流显著相关。研究结果表明锻炼形式、锻炼类型、锻炼活动量是影响自闭特质的主要锻炼因素。In order to explore the influence of physical exercise on College Students’autism traits,based on the theory of exercise psychology,750 college students were measured by the simplified version of the Autism Spectrum Quotient Scale and the Physical Activity Rating Scale.The results showed that:The autism traits of college students were generally at the medium level,and the detection rate of high autism traits was 16.9%;The overall amount of physical exercise activities of college students was relatively low,with female students significantly lower than male students;In terms of exercise form,the autism traits level of college students who exercise together was significantly lower than that of students who exercise alone;In terms of exercise types,the autism traits level of college students of small ball net competition and same field competition was significantly lower than that of non competitive students;The amount of exercise activity is significantly correlated with the total score of autism traits,social skills,attention switching,attention to details and communication.The results shows that exercise form,exercise type and exercise amount are the main exercise factors affecting autism traits.
