摘　　要：在“新工科”背景下,传统的实践教学管理模式存在工程化背景不强、理论与实践脱节、教学模式创新性不强等问题。文章针对高校实践教学管理中存在的问题,借鉴工程项目管理的方法,对影响实践课程教学管理的关键因素进行分析,统筹各实践教学管理环节,设计能够把握状态、控制过程、反馈结果的考核、评价和监督的节点控制方法,以提高高校的实践教学管理质量水平。In the context of“New Engineering”,the traditional practical teaching management model has shortcomings such as weak engineering background,disconnection between theory and practice,and weak innovation in teaching models.Therefore,in response to the problems in the management of practical teaching in universities,drawing on the methods of engineering project management,analyzing the key factors that affect the management of practical course teaching,coordinating various practical teaching management links,designing node control methods that can grasp the state,control process,feedback results of examination,evaluation,and supervision,in order to improve the quality level of practical teaching management in universities.
