摘　　要：第十六届图书馆管理与服务创新论坛于2023年10月18-20日在上海交通大学图书馆举办,论坛以“科技·人才·创新:变革教育背景下的高校图书馆发展”为主题,来自全国近130所院校及单位的300余名代表参会。论坛设有大会报告、青年之声、优秀论文分享、海报展示、实践场馆参观等环节。与会的业界及学界专家围绕信息资源数据服务、图书馆智慧服务、人工智能的应用、跨学科交叉融合的信息服务发展以及未来学习中心的建设等内容进行了深入研讨。文章综述了此次论坛专家报告的主旨思想,为促进图书馆新时代数字化转型,提升管理效能,创新服务模式提供理论参考与实践经验。The 16th Creative Forum for Library Management and Service was held at the Shanghai Jiao Tong University Library from October 18th to 20th,2023.The theme of the forum was“Technology,Talent,and Innovation:The Development of University Libraries in the Context of Transformative Education”.Over 300 representatives from nearly 130 institutions and units across the country attended the forum.The forum included keynote speeches,the voice of youth,sharing of excellent papers,poster displays,and visits to practice venues.Experts conducted in-depth discussions on information resource data services,library intelligent services,the application of artificial intelligence,the development of interdisciplinary information services,and the construction of future learning centers.This article summarizes the keynote thoughts of experts at the forum,providing theoretical references and practical experiences for promoting digital transformation,improving management efficiency,and innovating service models for libraries in the new era.
