滋阴地黄汤治疗湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察滋阴地黄汤治疗湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性(wAMD)的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月至2022年8月我院收治的60例wAMD患者作为研究对象。分成对照组(康柏西普)、观察组(康柏西普+滋阴地黄汤),均30例。比较BCVA、CFT、血清指标及不良反应。结果治疗1周(T_(1))、治疗3个月(T_(2))观察组logMAR均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。T_(1)、T_(2)观察组CFT均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。T_(2)观察组VEGF、TGF-β1均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组患者不良反应无差异(P>0.05)。结论滋阴地黄汤联合康柏西普可提高wAMD的治疗效果,且安全性可靠。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Ziyin Dihuang decoction in the treatment of wet age-related macular degeneration(wAMD).Methods 60 patients with wAMD admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into a control group(conbercept)and an observation group(conbercept+Ziyin Dihuang decoction),with 30 cases.BCVA,CFT,serum indexes and adverse reactions were compared.Results logMAR visual acuity in T_(1)and T_(2)observation groups was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).CFT in T_(1)and T_(2)observation groups was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).VEGF and TGF-β1 in T_(2)observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ziyin Dihuang decoction combined with conbercept can improve the therapeutic effect of wAMD,and it is safe and reliable.
