摘　　要：环孢素(cyclosporine,CsA)是一种强效免疫抑制剂,因其疗效好、副作用小、耐受性好,广泛运用到眼科治疗中。20世纪80年代,环孢素A滴眼液最初应用于角膜移植术后的排斥反应抑制,由于其良好的局部和全身耐受性,应用范围扩大到干眼症、过敏性结膜炎、角膜病、葡萄膜炎等多种眼表炎性疾病及眼表术后局部用药,本文旨在对CsA滴眼液的临床应用研究进展作一综述,为临床运用CsA滴眼液治疗眼表疾病提供借鉴。Cyclosporine(CsA)is a potent immunosuppressant,which has been widely used in the treatment of ophthalmology due to its good efficacy,low side effects and good tolerance.In the 1980s,cyclosporine A eye drops were initially applied to inhibit rejection after corneal transplantation.Due to its good local and systemic tolerance,the application scope was expanded to a variety of ocular surface inflammatory diseases such as dry eye,allergic conjunctivitis,keratopathy,uveitis,and local administration after ocular surface surgery.The purpose of this article is to review the research progress of CsA eye drops and provide reference for the clinical application of CsA eye drops in the treatment of ocular surface diseases.
