摘　　要：真菌性角膜炎是一种严重的致盲性眼病,早期诊断及治疗对提高预后至关重要。本文简述了真菌性角膜炎诊断方式及治疗手段的发展进程及发展方向,对国内外真菌性角膜炎诊断及治疗的研究进展作一综述,以期为真菌性角膜炎的诊治提供新思路。Fungal keratitis is a serious and blinding ophthalmopathy.Early diagnosis and treatment are essential to improve the prognosis.This article briefly describes the development process and direction of the diagnosis and treatment of fungal keratitis,and reviews the research progress in the diagnosis and treatment of fungal keratitis at home and abroad.Hope to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of fungal keratitis.
