段俊国教授防治儿童青少年近视经验

摘　　要：段俊国教授认为儿童青少年近视发生发展与肝脾肾密切相关,以肝气不疏、脾肾亏虚为主,防控重点在于“未病先防,既病防变”。目前近视防控手段西医方面主要有光学矫正、滴眼液点眼、视觉训练等,防控产品及效果参差不齐;中医药方面有眼保健操、针灸、中药口服、推拿按摩等,存在依从性差及操作不规范等问题。随着儿童青少年近视现象越来越普遍,急切寻求一种安全、有效、适宜长期推广的近视防控方案,故开发多光谱靶向生物光子灯、中药功能牛奶,应用地巴唑雾化、耳穴贴压等,取得较好疗效。Professor Duan Junguo believes that the development of myopia in children and adolescents is closely related to the liver,spleen and kidney,with liver qi not sparing,spleen and kidney deficiencies as the main focus of prevention and control is to“prevent diseases before they occur,and prevent changes in the case of existing diseases”.At present,myopia prevention and control methods in western medicine mainly include optical correction,eye drops,visual training,etc.,with uneven prevention and control products and effects;in Chinese medicine,there are eye exercises,acupuncture,oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,massage,etc.,but there are problems such as poor compliance and non-standardised operation,etc.As the phenomenon of myopia in children and adolescents is becoming more and more common,the development of myopia is closely related to the deficiency of liver,spleen and kidney.As myopia is becoming more and more common among children and adolescents,a safe,effective and suitable myopia prevention and control programme for long-term promotion is urgently sought,so multi-spectrum targeted bio-photonic lamps,functional milk of traditional Chinese medicine,application of dibazole nebulization,auricular acupoints,etc.,have been developed,with good clinical efficacy.
