摘　　要：目的调查护士对移动护理信息系统接受行为现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用便利抽样法,于2022年7—10月选取郑州市某三甲医院的311名护士为研究对象,采用护士移动护理信息系统接受度及其影响因素调查问卷对护士进行问卷调查。结果311名护士移动护理信息系统接受度总分为(12.63±2.52)分,多重线性回归分析显示,科室、层级、培训频率、信息质量、系统质量、服务质量、感知有用性、感知易用性是护士移动护理信息系统接受行为的影响因素。结论护士移动护理信息系统接受度处于中等偏上水平,护理管理者需多关注接受度较低的护士,对护士进行个性化培训,同时通过不断完善信息系统性能,提高护士的感知有用性和感知易用性,帮助提高其接受度,促进护理信息化发展。Objective To investigate the acceptance behavior of nurses to mobile nursing information system and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A total of 311 nurses from a hospital in Zhengzhou were selected by convenience sampling method from July to October 2022.A questionnaire survey was used to evaluate the acceptability of nurses mobile nursing information system and its influencing factors.Results The total score of acceptance of mobile nursing information system among 311 nurses was(12.63±2.52).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that department,nurse level,training frequency,information quality,system quality,service quality,perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were factors affecting the acceptance behavior of mobile nursing information system.Conclusion The acceptability of mobile nursing information system for nurses had the hyper-mean level.Managers need to pay more attention to nurses with low acceptability,conduct personalized training for them,and improve nurses’perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use by constantly improving the performance of the information system to help improve their acceptability and promote the development of nursing informatization.
