早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗脑动脉瘤破裂出血的疗效及对患者住院时间的影响评价

摘　　要：目的研究脑动脉瘤破裂出血治疗期间,早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈方案的疗效,对患者住院时间的影响。方法本院选取脑动脉瘤破裂出血患者100例作为研究对象,收治时间在2018年6月至2022年6月,根据随机抽签分组原则分为观察组50例、对照组50例,分别采取早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗方式、常规治疗方式,对比两组临床疗效、手术时间、住院时间、术中出血量、并发症发生率。结果观察组脑动脉瘤破裂患者治疗总有效率为98.00%优于对照组脑动脉瘤破裂患者(P<0.05);观察组患者手术时间(45.21±1.02)min、住院时间(5.21±1.32)d均短于对照组手术时间(77.13±1.32)min、住院时间(11.26±1.97)d;术中出血量对比,观察组(254.13±1.23)mL少于对照组术中出血量(365.25±1.97)mL(P<0.05);并发症发生率对比,观察组(2.00%)低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论早期显微手术夹闭瘤颈治疗脑动脉瘤破裂出血能清除患者蛛网膜下腔积血,预防脑血管痉挛情况,改善患者预后,取得显著的治疗效果,缩短患者住院时间,促进患者早期康复。Objective To study the effect of early microsurgical neck protocol during cerebral aneurysm.Methods Our hospital selected 100 patients with cerebral aneurysm rupture hemorrhage as the study object,treated in June 2018 to June 2022,according to the observation group 50 cases,50 cases of control group,and compare the two groups of clinical efficacy,operation time,hospitalization time,intraoperative bleeding,and complication rate.Results The total response rate of patients with cerebral aneurysm rupture in the observation group was 98.00%better than that of patients in the control group(P<0.05);The operation time(45.21±1.02)min and hospitalization time(5.21±1.32)d were shorter than the control group(77.13±1.32)min and hospitalization time(11.26±1.97)d;Comparison of the intraoperative blood loss,In the observation group(254.13±1.23)mL was less than that in the control group(365.25±1.97)mL(P<0.05);Comparison of the complication rates,the observation group(2.00%)was lower than the control group(20.00%),the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusions Early microsurgical neck treatment of cerebral aneurysm rupture and bleeding can remove subarachnoid hemorrhage,prevent cerebral vasospasm,improve the prognosis of patients,achieve significant treatment effect,shorten the hospital time of patients,and promote the early recovery of patients.
