非结构式团体心理治疗在精神分裂症临床治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的探讨非结构式团体心理治疗在精神分裂症(SZ)临床治疗中的作用。方法选择我院2022年1月至2023年1月收治的SZ患者80例进行研究,采用双色球法将患者分为两组,每组40例,包括对照组(常规药物治疗)与观察组(常规药物+非结构式团体心理治疗)。比较两组疗效、安全性,以及治疗前后病情程度。其中,疗效与安全性分别参考临床疗效总评量表(CGI)中的疗效指数(EI),而病情程度则参考简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)。结果治疗前,BPRS评分组间差异不明显(P>0.05),治疗后(不同时点)观察组更低,与对照组差异显著(P<0.05);观察组临床总有效率更高,与对照组有显著差异(95.00%vs.77.50%,P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率更低,与对照组差异显著(20.00%vs.55.00%,P<0.05)。结论在常规药物治疗基础上联合非结构式团体心理治疗SZ患者,不仅能提高临床疗效,而且可减少药物不良反应发生,提高治疗安全性,同时可更好地改善患者的临床症状,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the role of unstructured group psychotherapy in the clinical treatment of schizophrenia(SZ).Methods A study was conducted on 80 SZ patients admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023.The two color ball method was used to divide them into two groups,with 40 patients in each group,including the control group(conventional drug treatment)and the observation group(conventional drug+unstructured group psychotherapy).Compare the efficacy,safety,and severity of the two groups before and after treatment,with efficacy and safety referring to the efficacy index(EI)in the Clinical Efficacy Inventory(CGI),and severity referring to the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale(BPRS).Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in BPRS scores between groups(P>0.05),and after treatment(at different time points),the observation group had a lower score,which was significantly different from the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group was higher,with a significant difference compared to the control group(95.00%vs.77.50%,P<0.05);The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower,with a significant difference(20.00%vs.55.00%,P<0.05).Conclusions Combining non-structural group psychotherapy with conventional drug therapy for SZ patients can not only improve clinical efficacy,but also reduce the occurrence of drug side effects,improve treatment safety,and better improve patients'clinical symptoms,which is worthy of clinical application.
