摘　　要：目的探讨医疗失效模式与效应分析综合干预对男性精神障碍住院患者攻击行为的影响。方法将294例实施医疗失效模式与效应分析的男性精神障碍住院患者设为研究组,另将277例男性精神障碍住院患者设为对照组。比较两组患者风险指数(RPN)、攻击行为发生情况及患者对护理服务满意度。结果干预后,研究组患者RPN值、攻击行为总发生率、平均攻击次数均低于对照组,满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论医疗失效模式与效应分析综合干预可有效降低男性精神障碍住院患者攻击行为的发生,提高患者住院安全性和护理服务满意度。Objective To explore the influence of comprehensive intervention guided by health care failure mode and effect analysis(HFMEA)on aggressive behaviors of hospitalized male psychiatric patients.Methods A total of 294 male psychiatric patients undergoing the HFMEA were set as research group and 277 ones as control group.The HFMEA assessments results,aggressive behaviors and patients'satisfaction with nursing were compared between two groups.Results After intervention the risk index of failure mode occurrence,the total incidence of aggressive behaviors and average number of attacks were lower and total satisfaction was higher in research than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive intervention guided by the HFMEA could effectively lower the incidence of aggressive behaviors of male psychiatric patients and improve the safety of hospitalization and patients'satisfaction with nursing services.
