首发精神分裂症患者血清IL-6、IL-2水平的对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨首次发病的精神分裂症患者中血清白介素在精神分裂症病理生理过程中的作用。方法收集2019年5月至2021年8月在昆明市精神病院住院治疗的精神分裂症36例患者(设为实验组),以及2021年1月至2021年8月到社区服务时参加免费体检的健康居民及本院健康医护人员志愿者共计36例(设为对照组),分别测定其血清白细胞介素2(IL-2)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平,将两组实验数据进行分析、比较。结果实验组患者清白细胞介素2水平(569.07±270.11)显著高于对照组(279.17±71.07),差异有统计学意义(t=6.228,P<0.001),而血清白细胞介素6水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(t=-0.632,P=0.529)。结论细胞因子可能参与了精神分裂症发病的病理过程,首次发病的精神分裂症患者存在白细胞介素介导的异常炎性免疫反应。Objective To investigate the role of serum interleukin in the pathological and physiological processes of first-time onset schizophrenia.Methods A total of 36 patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized in Kunming Psychiatric Hospital from May 2019 to August 2021 were collected as the experimental group,as well as 36 healthy residents and healthy medical staff volunteers who participated in free physical examinations during community service from January 2021 to August 2021(as the control group).Their serum levels of interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-6(IL-6)were measured,and the experimental data of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The level of interleukin-2 in the experimental group(569.07±270.11)was significantly higher than that in the control group(279.17±71.07),with a statistically significant difference(t=6.228,P<0.001),while the level of interleukin-6 in the serum was not statistically significant(t=-0.632,P=0.529)compared to the control group.Conclusion Cytokines may be involved in the pathological process of schizophrenia onset,and first-episode schizophrenic patients exhibit abnormal inflammatory immune responses mediated by interleukin.
